The Tigers have been very fortunate in that they have had the same core group of players from U6 and also continuity in terms of their coaches from day one. This solid foundation is evident in the spirit found within the group and the reason why our players work so well for each other on the pitch.
Our ethos has always been that it is about the performance and energy shown on the pitch as a team which gains you success – and which if strong, then allows players to individually express themselves. Our ethos has been a core contributor to the team gaining promotion to the SPL 1st Division in 2015-2016 and also to having been Cup semi-finalists for the previous three seasons.
We have a well balanced team as far as ability and skill set, but are looking forward to strengthening our squad this year with similar skilled and passionate players. We have cross-signed players from our Saturday team so that we can keep the age group squads closely linked.
