Team Profile

Dinamo were formed in November 2013 when the then U9 age group split into two teams. Dinamo are a friendly team and always welcome newcomers into the group. The current Dinamo squad consists of twelve players from six local primary schools.

Paul Growdon, WRFC Dinamo Manager, holds two FA Coaching Qualifications, FA Level 1 and FA Youth Award 1 (Developing the Environment). He has coached the age group from U6s onwards and took charge of WRFC Dinamo in November 2013. Overseeing an unbeaten run for the second half of the 2013-14 Season, where WRFC Dinamo entered two competitive tournaments and won them both, the latter being the SPL Simon Hedley Festival U9 Junior Cup, without conceding a goal.

Dinamo training places great emphasis on the players having fun and enjoying their football and always playing with a smile on their faces. Sessions are well-organised and often themed to develop a particular skill.
