St Joseph’s Awash with Panthers, Pumas and Scorpions!

St Joseph's LogoWRFC’s collaboration with St Joseph’s School continued this weekend as the pilot programme involving the school’s all-weather pitch (AWP) continues apace.

On Saturday 19th March, the AWP hosted two training sessions for some of our Mini-Soccer players.  First up were the U8 Panthers and Pumas, managed by Shaun Dyer and Mike Royle.  About 20 players turned out for the session and greatly enjoyed the experience.

The pilot programme at St Josephs’ School continues until the end of April.  If coaches, parents or players have any feedback about their experience using the facility, please let your Team Manager or Team Rep know, so that this information can be passed onto the WRFC Committee before the pilot scheme ends next month.
