Northmead Mini Soccer Centre Expands

Revamped All-Weather Facility Now Available to Worplesdon Rangers FC

The Club is indebted to Northmead Junior School for allowing it to use their revamped all-weather pitch (AWP) for training purposes on Saturdays. Life President Rupert Phillips confirmed the tie-up with the School earlier this week.

The addition of the AWP will add further capacity at Northmead on Saturday mornings, as the Club’s Mini-Soccer Centre continues to expand. Nick Reynolds, the Club’s Development Officer, will shortly be publishing a rota for the use of the facility by U8, U9 and U10 teams on Saturday mornings, running from October through to March. Nick commented this weekend: ‘….The AWP is a great addition to our Northmead School Mini-Soccer Centre offering – and perfect for technical training’.
