Team Profile
Our team motto is to ‘have fun and play great football’. Whilst it’s great to see the kids developing, we always look to make sure everyone is playing with a smile on their face and enjoying football with their friends.
Our philosophy is one of equality and teamwork, built around a collective responsibility, whilst focusing on the skill development of the individual. As such we ensure everyone gets time in all positions to further their game understanding and awareness.
The Falcons are one of two teams in the age group. We train together on Saturday’s and look to develop the group collectively, but we have two discrete squads for matches.
