Jim Biss and Paul Carr took over the running of the Hawks in September 2016. Jim manages the squad, while Paul (as an ex-pro footballer himself) focuses on the coaching side of things, bringing a professional but fun aspect to Hawks’ training.
Say the coaches: “We want the players to enjoy their football and to work towards maintaining a tightly-knit and self-motivated squad with an excellent team spirit. We believe in creating an environment where players are not afraid to try things out in training so that they can continue to develop their skills. We have a great group of players who are committed and supportive of each other and who have a passion for playing football.”
