Team Profile
Our team motto is to ‘have fun and play great football’. Whilst it’s great to see the kids developing, we always look to make sure everyone is playing with a smile on their face and enjoying football with their friends.
Our philosophy is one of equality and teamwork, built around a collective responsibility, whilst focusing on the skill development of the individual. Our focus is preparing the kids to be ready for the start of 11 a side football next season, having a well rounded understanding of the different positions and ensuring they enjoy developing across the technical and social aspects of team sport.
This is our first year of competitive football and we are looking forward to the challenges this presents. Come on you Falcons! #COYF
