Team Profile
Our team motto is to ‘have fun and play great football’. Whilst it’s great to see the kids developing, we always look to make sure everyone is playing with a smile on their face and enjoying football with their friends.
Our philosophy is one of equality and teamwork, built around a collective responsibility, whilst focusing on the skill development of the individual. As such we ensure everyone gets time in all positions to further their game understanding and awareness.

Training
| Venue | The U11 Falcons will train at two venues throughout 2016-2017:
Cardwells Keep, Fairborne Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 9GT In a typical month, the team will train for three weeks on grass at Cardwells Keep and one week on an all-weather surface. As part of a new collaboration with Woking FC, the training sessions at St Joseph’s School AWP will be designed and run in consultation with experienced Woking Football In the Community (WFITC) coaches. A training pitch rota for the team will be available at the start of the season. |
